Dr. Tracy

Before I became a Naturopathic Doctor and Perimenopause Architect, I was a young woman exhausted, frustrated, and confused by her own body.

My hormones were unpredictable from the very beginning. In my teens and twenties, my periods were irregular and unexplained. Doctors said everything looked “normal” but I didn’t feel normal. I also struggled with insomnia starting in puberty, which followed me through college, medical school, and most of my adult life.

By my 30s, I had found relief: functional hormone testing revealed I didn’t make much estrogen naturally. I adjusted my plant-based diet to include more healthy fats, added naturopathic herbs, and fully supported my stress responses. My cycles became regular. My energy stabilized. I thought I had it all figured out.

Then my 40s hit…and everything changed again.

Perimenopause arrived with bloating, cravings, mood swings, and afternoon energy crashes. My once-steady cycle started showing up a week early. This time, I took a new approach. Instead of tweaking my remedies and doses, I took a step back and thought about the past 20 years of working with mid-life women in my medical practice and asked myself,

“If I was a new patient, how would I approach this from the ground up?”

Then, I created a complete, science-backed, customizable system to not only support hormones in perimenopause but optimize the biological transition of this phase using integrative medicine, The Hormone Resilience Method™.

Today, I sleep deeply and wake refreshed, enjoy sustained energy throughout my days and experience high-level mental clarity and creativity (even in late perimenopause). And I’ve helped thousands of women do the same.

What the Buzz is All About

What Attendees Are Saying

Dr. Tracy’s workshop was life changing! 🙌 I took pages and pages of notes about small diet tweaks that can balance hormones and improve mood. On her advice, I've been actively trying to eat 40g fiber each day and incorporate more hormone-healthy foods. Even though it's mid-January when my seasonal depression normally flares up, I've been sleeping better and feeling more energized and stable than ever before thanks to what I learned.

- Jenn, age 42

I found Dr. Tracy after years of trying to find answers with traditional doctors. Every single doctor I met with told me I was “normal” even though I knew there was much more going on below the surface (since I had so many symptoms I had never experienced before). I finally crossed paths with Dr. Tracy and I couldn’t have found a better doctor. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional, prompt and most importantly gave me confidence that I’ve finally found someone who can help me.

- Stacy, age 38

No doctor would give me more than 5-10 minutes of their time, each offering glib advice: "you're getting old, this is what happens," or "take calcium, you're not young anymore.” I began to feel desperate and frustrated that I could not get anyone to listen or take my suffering seriously.

After attending Dr. Tracy's webinar, I reached out. She was warm and caring, and really listened to my whole history, offering information about hormones and aging--so many things I didn't know! It was transformative to be heard, and to find someone truly wanting to help. She worked with me to set up a plan and I saw my whole life transformed!

I reprioritized sleep, began to lessen stress and really took time for myself and my health. The hormone testing and lab work proved that I was estrogen dominant and we began a course of bio-identical progesterone and other herbs for high cortisol and liver detox. Within weeks I was finding true relief.

- Natalie, age 48
